Well I have read [b:Gravity's Rainbow|27197|Gravity's Rainbow|Thomas Pynchon|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1404749682l/27197._SY75_.jpg|866393] and I have now read the Crying of Lot 49. And now I never have to read another Thomas Pynchon book again.

Re-read this as my final book of 2018. Amazing! I enjoy this more every time I read it.

What an amazing book. The puns and plays on words are endless, and yet the novel has a sweetness and humanity to it. The book is very 1960s but retains a timeless quality. It is also laugh out loud funny.
