I really liked the story, but the Kindle edition of this book was full of errors.

loved it but it was so frustrating at times because its so obvious that she should be with Robert so what the hell is she doing with that other jackass

I did enjoy this story, but it felt like it took a long time to read, not sure why that is, maybe it was the detail of the wardrobe items "pretty with a punch" and all that. But the ending was nice.

There a few books out there that I will read twice, (pride and prejudice being the exception to the rule) but having read this book last year and being in need of some 'chick-lit' I reached for this again.
I am so glad I did. I love this book ( as well as Burgess's other book The Dating Detox) its what all chick-lit books should be laugh-out-loud funny, clever and romantic.
Abigail is single for the first time in seven years and has forgotten how to date. with the help of her roommate, the ultimate lothario Robert, she is learning the rules to surviving singledom in London.
This book cracked me up second time round, Burgess's writing is excellent, clever and well delivered. with fun, interesting characters.
I am excited for her next book, Burgess is now one of my favourite authors!

I really really enjoyed this book, even stayed up late reading it. It reminded me of Sarra Manning a bit (the twenty something London scene, I guess). The romance was cute and Abigail was a fun character to be around (even if you spend half the book wanting to hit her over the head because of her fling with the total douche when Mr. Perfect is right.there.) My biggest issue is that this had some serious editing/formatting issues on the Kindle version. The word "OK" was deleted from every instance of use, so there are many conversations with a word missing. There were also distracting misspellings and other words missing, etc. Not sure what the deal was, but it was glaring, especially for a book that was priced more than $3. But the sloppiness notwithstanding, I loved this and will probably read it again.

Got super sick, needed some dumb chick lit to see me through, this did the trick.

This book was so cute, exactly what I needed to help with my recent reading slump. The only bad thing I could say about the book is that sometimes I would get annoyed with how obtuse Abigail was (although I still loved her as a character). So cute, definitely recommend if you're a chick lit fan.
