This book was the perfect way to end the Brutal Birthright series. I couldn't have asked for a better ending honestly. I ended up like Sebastian way more then I originally expected which I'm not mad about in the least. Yelena wasn't my favorite girl from this series, but I do like the two of them together a lot. Homeboy is straight up obsessed with Yelena and would stop at nothing to be with her. That much is apparent with all the twists and the action that happened in this story. I'm so beyond ready for the Kingmaker series!!

Sophie Lark ruined all the characters of the Brutal Birthright series in this book. It should have been the opposite. Instead of giving us a solid conclusion she gave a broken ending. I'm so disappointed. Smh.
