I received a free download link on Facebook for both The Faerie Guardian and The Faerie Prince. I was skeptical. Usually those free books are a terrible waste of time. I was wrong. I was so wrong!

Violet is the perfect sharp witted, strong, ass-kicking female lead. I was caught up in the book all the way to the end. I fell in love with the characters so much, I decided to read the second book and the the third and the fourth. Patiently waiting two months for number 5 while reading the prequal.

It’s a good read for a young-adult fantasy romance

I did not like Nate throughout the whole book. The best part was when he finally became the bad guy.
Overall decent read. Wont continue nothing to special. Listened to audiobook

Wow, I just absolutely loved The Faerie Guardian. I'm always a bit skeptical picking up a book I haven't heard anything about, but I figured hey I love anything Fae and man was a pleasantly hooked on this book so quick! If you love Fae, Rachel Morgan puts and excellent twist on all things Fae and I could not put The Faerie Guardian down for a second.

Violet is such a kick butt character from the very opening chapter and instantly loved that about her. I love how she breaks the rules and follows her heart, and yet is still always trying to do what is right. Regardless of what she's lost, who is mean to her or betrays her, Violet keeps going and that is an admirable quality.

Then there's Nate, who I find myself very conflicted about. I always in the back of head was wishy-washy about him, even in scenes where I thought he was being adorable. I'll be very curious to see where his character ends up.

With Ryn, well I just love love loved him. It doesn't matter how horrible he acts towards Violet, I understand where his hurt and anger comes from, and yet to me you can still tell there's a heart under all of that. Plus, his hot name and glass blue eyes...oh hellllo gorgeous. I really hope to see a lot more of him in the future, and even though there are no hints being dropped yet...I just may be shipping Ryn and Violet.

The twists and the betrayals in this book were just too notch. I really liked how the story line played out and how it all ended up crashing into each other at the end. I also love the multi-colored hair and eyes to match qualities that Rachel gave her Fae. Also the fact that she made the Fae up to date but yet kept a lot of the same lore. Plus, the whole guardian training aspect was just awesome to read about.

I'm so happy that I have this book a chance, because I ended up absolutely loving it and already bought the next book in the series! Total top notch faerie book!

This was a very fast pace read and I feel like there wasn't enough details in the middle. I feel like there could've been more depth in between the main things that were happening in the plot. I'm not sure if I'll continue this series or not

Fantastic book! A genuinely great, exciting story. Really enjoyed getting to know the characters and their backgrounds. Twists and turns kept me reading!
