Just Okay

I love all of Rina's books, but this one I did not like as much. I felt like to had to force myself to finish! SPOILERS!!!
I didn't like how he expected her to choose him over her family. Especially when he is threatening her brothers life! That's just ridiculous. And then his parents were telling him if she doesn't choose him over her family then she doesn't deserve him. Sorry but he didn't deserve her. If he loved her he would not have put her in a situation to choose not once but twice! Ugh I just couldn't get over that unfortunately.

I had high hopes for Creighton but man is Annika annoying LOL. There were some things I liked about this book but a lot had me like wait WTF is happening.

Can confirm sadism is not my cup of tea. This is far from the first dark book I've read but yea I really don't see the hype.

Holy BDSM! Sweet little 18 year old virgin falls for the silent super buff fighter. Loved the storyline. Love how they went to the past and explained why he was the way he was which was heart breaking. All to find out her family was the reason why he went through everything. As well as saving him too. Ugh.

OMG what can a say just the right amount of dark romance and grump x sunshine. Like father like son Creighton is just as dark and detached as his father but only shows his warm side to the only person to accept him for who is a little purple spitfire Anni. Loved it was so sad to see it end.
