It’s basically the same story week after week, but until 2000AD came along that was the rule rather than the exception and it’s such a fun - if unlikely - conceit you can forgive the repetitive nature of much of it. No wonder Eazy turned up in the prog as Cursed Earth Coburn. He’s not a character to leave doing nothing
