I didn't have to go past the first chapter to know you all should be reading this RIGHT NOW!

If you love romance, read the first ten percent and say bye-bye to the next few hours of your life because you're going to beg Blaze to take them. At the end of chapter 3, I was saying, "So am I. So am I." (You have to read it to find out what I'm so am I-ing.)

Of course, I knew that (that thing that has me so am I-ing) back at ch 1. When Foster reached in grabbed my heart and twisted it. No getting to know me. Just, "Bam! This is Adrienne and you're welcome!"

For this book, right here, I belong to Blaze. I'm not even gonna say he belongs to me. He's too good for that. I've gotten on my knees and am submitting. Though let's be honest: I did that in the first chapter the moment he moved his chair.

At one point the author decided to rip my heart from my chest and jump up and down on it.
I can only imagine her giggling with glee as she did so, interspersed with her own bouts of ugly sobbing on the floor before returning to cackling as she continued to rip my heart out!

Oh no. No ripping the band-aid off here and dealing with things right away. She threw me down on the mat and had me wallowing in it. Snot rag, anyone? I've got more than a few.

But, like all my favorite authors, at the end of the day, she did finally take a breath, step away, look at my poor bleeding heart and pick it up to stitch it back together, put a polish on it and lovingly place it back in my chest.

So at the end of the read, cause I have a friend that wants to know, I still belong to Blaze. The author is gonna have to bring it when she finally gets to Keaton's book (if you read my review of her Crown of Thornes, you might remember me mentioning him) in order to divide my loyalties. BRING IT! Cause Blaze... swoon.

What was I saying? Oh right! GO READ THIS BOOK!

When you start the book and in the prologue is ‘He’s broken, I’m broken’ you know that it’s going to be good. You know you’re going to get broken reading it.
Adrianne never expects to meet someone like Blaze, like his name he burnt her making her want something she hadn’t wanted in years, she is happy working at the boy’s home and loves the boys as her own.
Blaze was furious at the damage done to his property, but when he saw the woman picking up the boy everything changed.
Blaze and Adrianne are two broken people that find each other and while they battle each other, with every page turn you just want them to let each other in.
There is so much angst in this book so be prepared to have your heart broken.
Another amazing story by Delaney Foster.

Delaney Foster gives us an amazing slow-burn love story, between Blaze and Adrienne, that is so captivating and beautiful. It pulls on your heartstrings and gives you all the feels. I went through so many emotions with these characters. Sadness, heartbreak, laughter, loss and so much love. Their chemistry is off the charts. You also get their chosen family that you will absolutely adore. Adrienne is one of the strongest females characters that I have read about in a while. The storyline also deals with so many real life issue that we don't often see talked about that you can't help but become absorbed in the story. This is a book you want to pick up and read.
