I definitely recommend reading this to gain insight on some of the challenges our fellow co-workers are experiencing and how to help. This book contains quantitative data, techniques, and processes to address the racial disparity in the modern workplace. Because it's structure is a series of essays, the pacing ranges from brief to dense.
