Could also be called “The Story of Renaissance Technologies” rather than The Man Who Solved The Market seeing that it is just as much, if not more, about the company than the man

Loved the ups and downs of this entrepreneurial story. I do wish the author went into more technical depth on how the algorithms worked instead of chalking them up as vague "better data" or "genius ideas."

Really engaging book. If you are interested in math and finance, you will love it. Perhaps most interesting is how these scientific thinkers were so swayed by their emotions both in terms of how they ran their business as well as in their personal lives. It just goes to show how hard it is to beat market and overcome psychological biases.
