The plot twist was very good but ultimately the book was average.

I was gifted a copy of The Good Son in exchange for an honest review.

This was dark- but I really enjoyed it. I felt like I was on my toys the entire time and could not wait to see what would happen next. There were so many twists and turns and I truly didn’t expect the ending (until near the end I had a inkling of an idea) I would definitely read  Jacquelyn Mitchard again. I’m going to be checking out her backlist.

Thank you to Harper Collins Canada for my gifted copy
