Addie's and Louis's story goes to show that you can fall in love at any age, find true companionship in a friendly face and that only families know how to be truly cruel. Their story had me gripped because I was seriously curious to know about their developing feelings toward each other and their past with their respective families and the lives they built within the past couple of decades. The last couple of pages were real page turners and the ending will keep you guessing about how their story might continue and how it could end.
Moderate: Child death, Infidelity, Sexual content, Grief, Abandonment, and Injury/Injury detail
