I don’t get the hype?

If you read to chapter 8 then finished it from chapter 14, that’d be plenty. I love CoHo, her writing and her concepts. But this just dragged with the building of the relationship between Leeds and Willow. The twist was good though. I don’t think I’ll read it again, but don’t regret reading it either.

well… what should I say? First of all: ghosts aren’t my cup of tea.
The hair scene… WHAT💀 the gaslighting, the infidelity… hell nah💀 the twists were alright, not phenomenal. Wouldn’t recommend😍

If you’re looking for a story with a ghost saving you from a fire, using your laptop to apologise for scaring you, moving security cameras, hitting piano keys, playing how many fingers with you, pulling books out of bookshelves and a hell of a lot more, this one is for you.

We get to see how Leeds fell in love with Layla and how it progresses to the point when everything went wrong.

"That's what you looked like up there tonight. Like you were dying inside."

I wasn’t sure how to feel about Leeds. He let Layla on the outside of what was happening and who was using her. Literally. But then you get to unfold the mystery and BANG! All the anger I felt towards him disappeared.

"The only thing Layla did wrong is fall in love with me."

Layla will make you question what's going on in the book more times than you can count. You'll try to figure out what's really happening, trying to figure out who is who only to have the plot twist hit you hard.

"Layla is my soul mate in every realm of life."

It was weird and exciting.
Go read this book! You’ll get shivers while reading it.
MIND-BLOWING!
