A pretty decent book about friendship. At first I was under the impression that these 2 characters were friends for a long time, but actually Teddy was just created (yes, like the monster of Dr. Frankenstein). It was pretty cute, but I have to say that I preferred Teddy over Frank. Frank was a bit too meh, and he didn't seem to get stuff, while Teddy was totally opposite and just tried stuff out, and made friends in the process. The ending was pretty cute.
Nice illustrations as well. That was also the first thing that attracted me to bringing the book with me from the library.
