So, basically, choose a word. I had my word within the first 2 minutes of listening to the audiobook. I then listened for the next hour about other people, teams, and employers who chose one word. It was very repetitive and the concept could have been shared in just a few sentences.

I don’t think a book was necessary to understand the idea. I liked the idea more before I read the book.

I do have a new drinking game though; take a shot every time you read the words “One Word” in this book.

really like this book. To be honest it does not need to be a book. You can find all you need on the website.

With that being said I do think it is worthy of the read and really gives you something to focus on and think about. Since reading the book I have decided to have my whole family come up with a word. I finally came up with a word and I chose Zendurance.

A short read that will take under an hour to read. The power lies in what you plan to do with the contents in the book and the website.

Short, sweet, and to the point. Just like the book and just like we need it to gain focus and clarity in life.

Give it a read. You won’t be disappointed. Just don’t buy it and spend money on it.

Short, sweet and strait to the point, like a essay. Encompasses focus through simplicity. Pushes a process of clearing yourself from distractions, looking internally and letting a focus on a single word self materialise to apply for the new year.

One Word

I've heard about this concept for a couple of years now. I really want to try it. I'm glad I read this book and heard the ideas necessary for success.
