I changed the rating due to the book The Chase. Won't be reading anything more from Elle Kennedy

---------------------------

2018: I want a Tucker in my life. I honestly didn't expected to like this book as much as I did, I wasn't sure about Sabrina but I feel so identify. I don't come from a broken family but that doesn't mean I had a loving one either so yeah, I understood her hesitation and I felt so close to her but damn she's so strong I feel embarrassed to be so lazy.
Waiting on those spinoff soon~

The pacing of this one felt off to me, and I didn't really care for Sabrina. I've never been a huge fan of the ice queen persona, so that was already a strike against her, but after learning more about her home life and situation I did understand her a little better and sympathize a little. It just seemed like it took her way too long to get over her issues, and even when she finally admitted her feelings to Tucker it wasn't because she wanted to. It was because he overheard her talking to his mom. I just never really felt like she deserved him.
