this story follows the author’s experience with his son, who is a drug addict. he refused to give up on his son, to the point of developing an unhealthy attachment himself. this book was so well-written and taught me so much about drugs and drug addicts. it definitely tugged at my heartstrings and i’m so grateful to the author for sharing this story.
