Read this book as a clinician hoping to find a useful tool to help clients and myself. Unfortunately it was not a easy read and I almost chose to not finish. I would have appreciated more concrete examples of subtle passive aggression, and a more eye opening understanding of the sneaky messages we send to others and why.
