First book in a series of novellas.
James Chan and a small crew head out to look for their missing ship. Instead they find the Stark Raven, space pirates, a secret base on Enceladus and a few other surprises.
The action moves at a good pace to fit the short format story. There's quite a few tense moments.
A couple of twists keep you guessing as it progresses.
The characters each get their fair share of the plot and keeping it to just a few of them means it doesn't slow down as each has their moment.
