This was the best book in the entire pjo series. The book ties everything together with the slight cliffhanger and it was amazing. The fighting, the emotion, everything was perfect.

I loved most of it, but I was kind of disappointed by the fight with Python. He's been hyped as this scary villain, but it was over in like 10 pages...

I will always like a book in the riordanverse much due to it's contstant nostalgia whenever chracters from the original Percy Jackson series appear, and because I love Greek mythology and the feel-good of the books. This one is no different. Whilst I did feel like it dragged a little bit during the last 100 or so pages, I loved this journey with Apollo. I love Meg, I love how much Nico was in this, and I just really like all the fun admist the horrible Uncle Rick always seem to manage.
I also think the parallell between Nero as Meg's abusive father and Zeus as Apollo's really hit at the end there. And I really liked the absolute ending. It felt comforting in a weird, bizarre sort of way that completely fits with Apollo.

Ending of series and it fell a bit flat. I felt like this book could've been a lot longer it seemed like the climax happened really quickly and then all the wrap ups were too quick. Meh. Still enjoyed it though.
