I may actually have to bump the ratings I gave the previous arc (#1-4) down to 4 or 4.5 because this installment has set up a plot nicely and the stakes of it are pretty high. I think the comics in general are a fun addition to this world.

I like this start up more than I liked the entirety of the The Steel Prince.
I love how reckless the prince is and how he just runs into danger trying to prove himself. It's idiotic of him, but highly entertaining for the reader.

You know any time someone's eye is compromised in a way in this world its very clear this person is Antari.

And we have a return to cocky Maxim! Oh the joy 😒. But at least this time we can see why some of that cocky attitude is there. Also? He’s a little dumb to not follow Isra’s advice. This is getting a solid three and a half stars.

I am really enjoying where the story is going and how it is developing. I'm interested to see where the story goes in the next issue.

An improvement from the first sets of installment. Already plot is more interesting. It has more meat than the others but still nothing spectacular just yet.
