Maria’s voice is so clear and vibrant in her memoir! she does a really good job of throwing out typical memoir conventions and just doing the damn thing. a very very fun read, but also super insightful into ocd/bipolar II. it taught me a lot about 12 step programs, which i was previously rather disillusioned with. is this book high literature? no! but it’s fun and important all the same
