This was interesting. I listened to the audiobook which was read by the author. He has a lot of really good stories to go with the things he's trying to teach. I think its worth a read if you are looking to better yourself.

Unfortunately could not relate to this book whatsoever. I respect that the reasonings for the "things that can change your life" are anecdotal, however it was disheartening to only see the mention of men, when there are countless women serving in the military.

Not to mention the narrator comes across as someone with extreme privilege, and the perspectives given are written in such a pompous way...

Not quite my cuppa. A fast read if a little repetitive and felt more like propaganda than anything at times. Still, a few ideas to think on, and I will give making my bed a try...

I am not one to read non fiction books but I had to for work. And honestly this book came to me at the right time. I've been going through a lot mentally and I think I needed someone to tell me to suck it up and keep trying lmao. So for that I'll give it 4 stars.
