Enjoyed the mind chapter but the rest were too detailed for an audiobook refering to a pdf with step by step instructions on how to weave a basket!

A good premise, it was more about what you can do in an hour not how just doing this one thing for an hour will change your life forever. It was reminiscent to me of Atomic Habits. All about making little changes but being consistent with these change to reap the rewards and see the changes in your life. It didnt contain any groundbreaking/new information for me but was a concise easy read with some good points to follow. #lauraarcher #changeyourlifeinanhour #quadrille #getlitsy #amazonkindle #tea_sipping_bookworm #thestorygraph #bookqueen #bookstagram

started off strong but turned out to be the biggest waste of time. had to listen to it in 2.5x speed because it was that silly . it sounds like she went on google & searched up “hobbies for people who have nothing better to do with their time” & based the book on the results that came up bc seriously who is taking up basket weaving in their free time ??? my biggest problem w this book is that it was marketed as self-help yk ?? like it started off strong but then it just turned into a list of things that you could be doing w your time AND HALF OF THESE TJINGS YOU CANT EBEN DO IN AN HOUR LIKE WHAT even biggest catfish ever
