I still dont know what to I just read. The start for me was slow and it took me a couple of chapters (about page 100 or so) to get into the book. I can see why its so popular, but it didnt live up to the hype for me.

well, it was a thoroughly engaging read, that did leave me contemplating the entire plot once I'd finished it (perhaps this was to try and solve the plot holes?).
Either way, it was a pretty decent and solid 4 stars from me.
- could have been five but the plot did ebb and flow depending on how engaged I felt, and sometimes it did feel a tad elongated and predictable.

The twist was predictable and disappointing. The writing was not very good (seriously, there was a description of eyes in a painting as unblinking and the majority of the book was exposition). Didn't live up to the hype.
