I loved this book. Smashed though it. Couldn't put it down. I loved that I found myself jumping to conclusions but I was all wrong. The book wasn't predictable at all!

Brilliant book for those with an appreciation of mental health facilities and those that live, and work, there. Great plot that was unseen until the last few chapters.

I enjoyed this story. it reminded me a bit of

the perfect marriage

which I hated anyway. and I believe that book came after this one anyway, I just happened to read it before, unfortunately. otherwise, I might have been more shocked at the twist.
