I really wish this comic was adapted properly because Netflix really missed the mark. This comic was just so good, I liked how the characters had growth and changes throughout the story.

I liked some of the ideas behind this, but overall it just wasn't a "me" book. Hard to explain...

It's perfectly average I just wasn't a big fan of the artstyle or a lot of the main characters

This review is for both volumes of jupiter's legacy and jupiter's circle.

Jupiter's legacy vol. 1 and 2 were good, but nothing much happened except brutal deaths and a very quick resolution. And I am all for happy endings, but it went from shock factor deaths to happy ending in such a short time. (And I don't want to read vol. 5 because I know that yet another generation dies brutaly and it doesn't remove the oversimplistic ending of the originals)

Jupiter's circle 1 and 2 was better in my opinion, but it was tainted with the fact that everyone is gonna die and I like George the best, but I knew his destiny, which I hated. Some things were also just jumped over.

All in all I think I liked the comics mostly because I loved the netflix series, but that is over and I just remembered how angry I am about it.

They're in the 50s! And it's gay! I'm sold. For real I loved this one and will definitely be coming back for volume two!
