A good friend of mine let me borrow this book after I told her I was stuck in a bit of a “mind funk,” and I know why she chose this one. It’s full of happy truths and aspirational advice; nothing ground-breaking, but it came at the right time to allow me to acknowledge feelings and feel hope.
