Such a good read! I read this book as part of a study, and it was so insightful. Highly recommend it to any woman who is struggling with anxiety, an identity crisis, or just walking through the world at a loss of what to do.

DNF stopped reading at chapter 3 because information wasn’t helpful to me. It seemed more appropriate for people pleasers. I initially was interested in beginning when she spoke about leaving her husband’s church where he pastored. I can relate to Bible verses she used about putting other people needs before own. It reminded me of “boundaries” book
