Everyone claimed that if I were going to find my dark romance limit, it would be this book. Well, limit not yet reached! Even the things I would completely DNF for if done in a different way (I'm looking at you oral necrophilia) we're done so we'll here that I'm alright with how it went down... 😉

Best story I've ever read? No. Best reverse harem I've ever read? Nope. Completely enjoyable, binge read worthy, different than everything else and dare I say it... funny! Absolutely!

Love the humour in this book. It’s certainly needed with all the dark themes and events. The characters are all individuals and have great chemistry. Interesting range of spicy things too

WTF did I just read?!?
So that’s was not expected… but it is as unhinged as “Don’t stop” by Lauren Biel, mixed with really disturbing subjects as in “Hunting Adaline” by H. D. Carlton  AND a revenge story like “The Mindf*ck series” by STAbby.

This is a REALLY dark reverse harem with a serial unaliver FMC.
This is not for everyone. Please check the trigger warning

I’m not into this flavor of book right now. I think it was off-putting to have the female main character described so poorly (scrawny, bony, and almost sickly) during a sex scene.

I know in that moment, I would die for this woman. I’d carve up bodies, pluck out eyeballs, go to jail, hell, I’d do anything for her. I’m so fucking in love with Daisy Murray that my heart can’t seem to stop ballooning as I stare at her.

If you read The Mindf*ck Series and wished it was a RH, this book is for you! There’s an unhinged FMC coming back for revenge against the town that tried to sacrifice her and the men who embrace her bloody revenge campaign and turn out to be just as unhinged as her. I loved watching the world burn around them.

I loved Daisy and her men – best friends from childhood who were broken by her death and the subsequent erasing of her life. We are given glimpses of the way each dealt with the trauma, how it shaped their adulthood, and how Daisy’s return from the grave filled their cracks and made them whole. They did not balk at her crazy, instead vowing to be anything she needed—her demons to control, her dark knights.

Fast-burn and very spicy with extensive explicit depictions of darker kinks (dubcon, somno, primal, blood, knife, corpse play, etc.). There are MF and group scenes. Lots and lots of group scenes.

There are very dark elements and themes, so I recommend checking the TW/CW if you have any.  If you’re like me and have no triggers (or have learned to push through things that make you uncomfortable), jump in blind. It’s an amazing and surprising experience!

This is one of my top reads of the year, and I highly recommend it!
