This was maybe 6 hours too long but the audiobook was great. I didn’t get a feel for the ghost writing I think since I listened in his voice. My biggest issue and takeaway is always going to be the British press ultimately getting the best of this family and putting the crown before all else. It’s heartbreaking and I might just be team Harry forever after reading this. Glad I listened!

I rarely read non-fiction but have been following the Royal Family for years. I was hooked from the beginning and really enjoyed how Harry was able to paint a picture with his storytelling. I know there is much controversy surrounding his decision to write this book (along with documentaries, etc.), but I find what he has done to be extremely brave. While I know I am only getting one side to the story, I feel as though his treatment by his family and the press is better explained in his book. I also learned much about his life that I did not know, and truly admire his strength and his honesty.

Never been so glad to not be royal in my life, wouldn’t wish living in that fishbowl on anyone. Hope Harry and Meghan get some peace and live happily ever after!!
