I feel like this is a book I'm going to need to read several times to really get all the details. But so much of this book rings true with my teaching experience even though it deals mostly with the education system in the UK.

This book has theory and practical advice. It speaks to the difficult parts of teaching without falling into cynicism. It encourages hope and fighting for our students. Such a good read.
