very informative, well researched and sooo relatable. It had a good structure, really good info and suggestions. It includes a 30-day challenge where you do less and less with your phone and then build new, better habits that are healthier. I didn‘t follow that challenge as it‘s in the book because some steps I had already taken long ago, some I feel like doing now, so in a way I was already halfway through that challenge when I started reading the book, and will condense the rest of the challenge into a few days. but yeah, I think this is worth reading if somebody has ever checked their screen time and thought „Well, wth is that“, if you feel anxious, if you have a bad sleep pattern, if your head and eyes hurt.
