Barely started this book. Too complicated, too early in book without background. A waste of time.

1.5 stars. Too many characters, too much dialogue, disappointing conclusion. I really wanted to like this book and had hope for it....until I didn’t. At some point I quit caring about the characters and the plot. Plot became way too busy and pointless for me. I read to conclusion because I am not a quitter, but this book made me wish I was.

I didn't think I would get into this book but after the first few chapters I was all in. I enjoyed the characters and the story line was great. Just became a Hood fan.
