I enjoyed this book, it is written very well and accessible for everyone. I was surprised how much I related to Michelle, especially as she discribes some of her anxieties and insecurities.
The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I had hoped (maybe unreasonably) that I would get a closer look at the political side and how she viewed other politicians. The part where she describes her years in the White House is written in a very neutral way, and I had hoped for some juicy bits. You could write another book about all the stuff that happened during their two terms and I felt like we only got the highlights, which combined with the neutral standpoint taken was a little bit of a disappointment.
A lovely part was how she spoke about her daughters and the wholesome moments with them. In these moments you really see her unique struggles and viewpoint, giving the book heart.

Great book to get insight into the life of the former FLOTUS from her childhood to the end of Obama's presidency.
There were parts that made me laugh and parts that brought me to tears. It's interesting to know how she was struggling with her husband's political life at first then to embracing it and make to most out of it to further causes that she believes in.
Overall, it's a great book to listen to and I can't wait to get a physical copy of the book.

This was so beautifully written. I can’t say enough good things about this book! This book was written as though Michelle Obama is sitting there just reminiscing on all that has happened and how life has shaped her. I won’t be able to stop recommending this!

It was very interesting, however around the latter third of the book I got a bit bored ...
Nevertheless it was amazing to take a closer look on the Obamas and the political system in America in general!
