A brand new Chu series featuring Saffron who's a criminal and Tony(her big brother) who's a cop. It definitely makes for an interesting read. Chew was one of my favorite series but I'm not sure how I feel about Chu. I liked all of the illustrations but I had an issue with how they drew the black criminal with those stingy ass braids. I mean come on! Why did she even have those stupid braids when she could have had regular hair. Speaking of the illustrations...some of them were really detailed. I could have gone without the details of the brains coming out of the criminal's head.
