It is marvellous how the words and thoughts and feelings of a poet who died more than 700 years before my birth can touch my heart in such a way.
I can only imagine how vastly superior the original words in Persian might be but I just loved these poems.
An Excerpt:

I've read some other translations of Rumi's work, and although these were similar...they didn't feel like previous works I've read.
