I would probably give this book 4.5 stars, but I loved it enough so I'll give it 5. I switched between audiobook and kindle, but I think I would recommend kindle edition or print copy. It seems like a nice book to skip around, highlight, look back on, etc. I learned a lot and found some really useful tips for my daily life.

The type of book that you will likely get something out of at some point, but there will be parts that don't really do anything for you. Lots of little bits of inspiration, ideas, and different ways of thinking about how you work whether you're a creative or not. Short. Read in little bits and not all at once.

I like how it broke down everything again and the end of each chapter

Geared more toward writers and other creative arts types. BUT nonetheless still a lot of useful strategies for knowledge workers and managers, especially in the first half of the book.

What I love about this book: small simple bites & great lessons, great reminders. Many of these things we already know- but the way the book is set up makes for a simple reminder of things we (I) should actually implement.

I got this book after finding Maximize Your Potential a useful read, worth owning and revisiting. I borrowed this on my Kindle and was glad I did not pay for it. It's more specifically targeted to the creative worker though that's not the problem. Much of it seemed to be variations on "find a way to manage your electronic presence and distractions". The Coda on being a professional was by far the best piece in the book.
