I read 65% of this in one sitting and usually that kind of commitment means the book is a success.

It’s pretty neat to see an author cross genres, especially since I’m not a huge fan of romance, which is clearly what CoHo dabbles in *most* of the time.

Enjoyed this more than I expected to!

Do I have words to explain how I feel about this book?
NO!
Mind BLOWN!
I had so many feelings from confusion, to dread, to hatred, then to hope. I swear my mind was asking me WHAT THE HELL DID I JUST LISTEN TOO since I have finished!
I loved it because it made me so man and annoyed then elated. Lol
Maybe I need some help.
The narration was fan-freaking-tastic!

I really love Colleen Hoover books but this one was not for me. I know this was her attempt to dabble into a new genre and be adventurous with new writing but it was not my cup of tea.

The beginning of the book pulled me in immediately but then the plot became weird and uncomfortable. Leeds was a despicable character to me. I could not stand him most of the book.

I did give it two stars for keeping me engaged in finding out what happens and because the ending surprised me. It was genuinely an unpredictable book which made it hard to quit the plot.
