I went in to this book looking forward to it because it was about a bookstore. Yay! And honestly I still had my hopes up more than half way through but it's really just blah. I couldn't even tell you what happened because while I read it.. I was pretty incoherent for the last half of it. I had just checked out apparently.

So no. No good.

This was an interesting mystery book for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the first half, second half not so much. Nothing wrong with the writing, just don’t think this was 100% for me.

Fun read... And the cover glows in the dark!

Honestly, I read this book because I had a bingo square for magical realism or literary fantasy. Having finished it, I do not think this book would qualify for that purpose. However, it was a charming enough read. I liked the beginning and found the middle alright, and the ending fairly unsatisfying. Unfortunately it just wasn't the book for me, but there was a fun exploration of technology and books and the premise, at first, was fun and interesting
