This was basically a well-photographed tour of Adler's home. I now have a hankering for cross stitch.

This was a really fun book that focuses on how to find (and bring to life) what makes you happy and how to then use that in your home to create spaces that make you feel at home and reflect your personal taste. Adler's own style I found to be waaaaaay to over the top to take many practical tips from but I did enjoy the spirit of this book and it has inspired me to play around more with my own space.
I would recommend you pick this title up from your local library if you are a fan of funky interior design and the power of decor as a form of self care! I see this as a must-buy only for existing fans of Adler's work as the photography is amazing.

Love, love, love this book. It’s a short(ish) coffee table style book about being you and trying new things. These tips are short and sweet but can create big impact on your home\life. My favorites are name your house ( I think I’ll call mine Porcupine Peek). Learn to love wind chimes (I do!) and rethink your bookshelf (which I have often).
