I tried to read first Shadow and Bone, but i DNF it.. i said i will give this book a shot.. did not have a lot of expectations…

BUT..

I liked this book! I really did. I am used to read more romance or fantasy, but i liked this one too. For people to know this: it’s an action book, with almost no romance but i think it it worth it.
I will read the second book now, i hope it will be at least as good as this one.

Good read, very gripping. The pace was great kept me interested and all the characters were layered and well-written I’m excited to see how the 2nd book holds up.
