4 stars. T.C. Parker is slowly but surely becoming one of my new favorite writers with each book I read by her. Though this was a great read overall I will say that I found that the beginning was really strong, the middle dropped off and got a bit slow, but then the ending was strong. It was oddly paced is basically what I’m saying but the plot itself was pretty cool and strange. The writing is fantastic and I liked the characters and setting. I’m having a blast reading through this author’s back list.
