Really enjoyed reading and I wasn't entirely sure where it would lead to in the end! Did keep me guessing! Really loveable characters too!! Not sure if I would re-read a bunch just because now I do know the ending, but maybe once or twice! Especially to see if I can pick up anything I missed on the first read!

This was just way too insta-lovey for me. Like obviously there was a lot of sexual chemistry and we sure did see a lot of it but I don’t think the emotional connection was developed enough for me to care about their relationship. We do love Jude though (here’s the petition for his book!)

I feel lied to by the people who recommend this book. This is just a book about a terrible and misogynistic man & a very stupid supposed teacher. Also, the A plot is about the 'romance' between those two and the B plot is the actual murder mystery.
Can we also talk about how these two knew each other for less than half a day and Miles stole her undies and they talked about sex?? Who in their right mind would allow that to happen?? Jude is the only okay character.
