there's a lot of good stuff in here. while there were a few things here and there I might have missed on the first reading, I do genuinely feel like I got a ton out of reading this and I'm sure some of it is sinking in on an unconscious level as well. Will have to sit with it for a while but i'm glad i read it. It's hard to explain how because it's all so technical but I really think this book helped me understand myself and the world better. I will have to re-read sometime

Parts of this book were completely incomprehensible to me.

Much like any philosophy I'll be going over explain videos and lectures to make sure I understood everything right.
