This is a great premise and the vibes were even a little Lost Boys coded but with Werewolves, however the writing felt very first drafty & there were multiple grammatical errors

Everyone believes in werewolves? Of course they do. It would be hard not to believe in yourself! :-p

I liked the explanation of how this werewolf world runs.  Werewolf exists and they must shed their skin come morning's light and hide it in a safe space.

Alex is visiting i=his Aunt and Uncle in a haste because of his parent needs to go to France ASAP.  This is coming down to the point of Halloween. His relatives have a few rules, stay out of words after dark and don't mess with the neighbors.

I didn't care for the ending as well because it felt like a quick drop and then it is over.

Parece una historia de terror para niños y entonces te encuentras con un final que te deja con los ojos como platos. Recomendable para más de 8 años.

Reading these now that I'm grown up makes me a little sad, since the plot is predictable and the characters appear bland, but still, definitely a book the target age group would enjoy. And I do like the R.L. Stine's take on werewolves for this tale. Also, gotta love the classic Stine twist at the end, that's what always made these books so much fun, even when you thought it was over, there was always something else up his sleeve. I'll always look back on this series with fond nostalgia, even if I can necessarily enjoy them as much as I used to now that I'm grown up.
