A nice book, and it felt like a good close to the series.

Still, it lacked the atmosphere that made the previous Wool books so good.

Kinda liked Wool better, but this is definitely worth reading afterwards.

Amazing! I have loved every Wool book and this one was awesome! I enjoyed learning the back story...hoping that there is at least one more to come. Definitely one of my favorite series.

So hungry for more I dove straight into book 6 of the series and it did not disappoint. This one is a prequel to the Wool series and tell the story of the creation of the silos juxtaposed with the very early years inside them. Once again well written characters and a page turning plot. I think I'm sadly going to have to wait now for another installment but I'm sure it'll be worth it.

3.5 stars. This is the first of three prequels to Wool Omnibus. I enjoyed learning about the origin of the silos, but I wasn't really fond of any of the characters. Even so, this was a quick and enjoyable read.

Interesting, but I guess I don't like my Sci fi too closely related to my present day, especially politically. It definitely made me want to read the next piece from Troy's perspective, so well done on that front.
