A wonderful, bilingual book with great illustrations and simple translations! The story is cute, too, especially for children who have siblings. Definitely a recommended read!

A very sweet story about a young boy who wants to have a dragon instead of a litlle brother, but then realises that a little brother isn't so bad after all.

Basic and simple. Kids liked guessing how each scenario was going to work out though this would have been easier with a smaller crowd since some of the pages were more of a "look and understand" than expressly written. I had to make up some of my own dialogue so the kids in the farthest row back understood what was going on.

Sweet story with fantastic illustrations about a boy named Morton who doesn't want to play with his little brother because his brother is too small to be any fun. So, Morton imagines all the fun things they could do together if his brother were to turn into a dragon instead. Humor and heart, this one is definitely recommended!

Such a cute funny book. Morton wishes his little brother would turn into something fun, like a dragon! His imagination runs away with him, thinking about all the fun things they could do together, but Morton eventually realizes a dragon might be a bit of an inconvenient playmate, and maybe his brother isn't so bad after all. The illustrations are really cute and funny, with cute little touches for the older reader, and I think kids would find it really funny. Will definitely use for a storytime. 3+

Honestly, what elder sibling didn't go through a phase where they wished their younger sibling was something more fun? You know, like a puppy... or a dragon!

This book gives you the perfect answers to why dragons don't make good friends but brothers do.
