A great trilogy and an amazing end to it. Jade Legacy does a great job of tying up long standing story threads while beginning and finishing new ones within this book. Fonda Lee also handles years of time jumps exceeding well giving enough in each section that characters don't become disjointed or change on an instant.

Anyone who likes political dramas or fantasy/sci-fi should read this trilogy.

Definitely a satisfying ending to this sweeping family fantasy drama. I’m sad to say goodbye to the One Peak clan.

It was helpful to be so invested in this story, because at times the exposition was heavy handed and the jumps in time were jarring — especially when I felt like I was just getting settled in the story — but the end made it all worthwhile.
