I've been listening to this over and over again lately as I'm something of a Joe Lycett fan (I got it as a free download from Audible and, seriously, I can't put it down!) and it isn't one of the usual self-help, self-indulgent clap-trap books, it's more like a collection of anecdotes and witty put-downs that come straight from the horse's mouth, like this...
PS: I will also be getting the paperback version when it comes out but, for now, Joe's voice in my ear suits me just fine. (Wait... did I say that out loud?)

Very funny
Very enjoyable nonsense, had me giggling out loud. Would have enjoyed it even more if some of these people replied more readily! Good holiday read.
