I really liked this. like alot.
First:
It takes place during WWII which is always a subject I have an interest in, especially when Nazi's are/will be getting their asses handed to them.
But it was nice to see how the different heroines were portrayed in a time period we aren't used to seeing them in. I think my favorite story was that of Stargirl and Supergirl and how they were from Russia but left after being betrayed by the government. I look forward to reading volume 2.

Some familiar feeling stories and characters placed in an alternate timeline with some variables. Overall the changes are good. Art is good but switches styles with every artist.

The best comic you’re not reading. Sumptuous and effortlessly energetic art coupled with a dynamite script. I was laughing out loud and enjoying the elseworld character versions that popped up. A few issues in and you’re just IN the world. Truly gold spun from straw.
